Sustainable South London brand &Daughter have launched a new range of dreamy dresses for Spring 2020. Originally knit wear specialists, the new collection celebrates the brands 7th year in business and marks their first venture into dresses and working with a new range of fabrics.

Extending their founding principles of high quality and expert craftsmanship with a distinctly modern twist, the new capsule collection has been created from sustainably sourced organic and end of line fabrications such as textured seersucker, organic hemp and delicately embroidered cotton.

“Seven Days, Seven Dresses is about the special everyday – useful things, beautifully made that bring joy to the daily ritual of getting dressed”

A continuation of their modern and minimal aesthetic, the new designs play on volume and proportion to create relaxed yet elevated silhouettes that can be worn day to day. Tiers, frills, charming ballooning sleeves, exposed stitching and raw hems feature throughout the collection as well as  prints such as a classic bold blue stripe and a nostalgic ditsy floral design.

Run by an all female team, &Daughter know their audience well and focus on creating forever pieces that can be worn again and again that are hand crafted and original. The new range is the perfect accompaniment for their knitwear designs which the brand is best known for. Created from 100% natural yarns, a classic fishermen knit jumper or cosy cardigan can be layered with any of the dresses so that they can be worn throughout the changing seasons.  Our personal favourite is the Dawn organic cotton dress, ideal for everyday wear and can be dressed up or down.

The collection is now available to shop online at and-daughter.com and Net-a-Porter. Prices start at £325.
