Forget about handbags, shoes and jewellery. Our accessory du jour is no other than the humble hair clip. Once an item reserved solely for little girls headed to school, they are now an item to be treasured and lust after by those of all ages. Be it a clip, slide or barrette, as long as they are bejewelled with pearls and beads or come in candy hues, you can’t go wrong. Go minimal and wear a singular slide to hold hair away from the face, or go all out and adorn your locks with a as many as you can get your hands on.
