Miu Miu’s ongoing sustainability project, Upcyled by Miu Miu, has collaborated with Levi’s® to create a bespoke range of denim. Using pre-loved classics, Miu Miu have given a new lease of life to some of Levi’s® most iconic styles.

Focusing on re-imagined workwear of the 1950’s, the collection consists of classic 501 jeans and 80s & 90s trucker style jackets which have been customised and restyled in Miu Miu’s signature style. Some have been sprinkled with sparkling embellishments, all done by hand, whilst others are adorned with leather patches and love heart motifs – tough yet dainty and playful, playing off masculine and feminine elements. Every piece has been adapted by hand and all from pre-loved pieces, making each completely unique. As the perfect finishing touch, the Levi’s® iconic back patch has been re-imagined in pink (of course!) and incorporates the Miu Miu logo.

Johnny Dufort has fittingly captured the new collection on Mui Mui muses Emma Corrin, Lila Moss and Georgia Palmer – all of whom reflect the youthful, rebellious and playful nature of the collaboration which encourages us to live by the mantra – extend, refresh and renew.

Upcycled by Miu Miu in collaboration with Levi’s® will launch in London Selfridges and Shanghai IAPM in mid-May and will also be available to purchase at miumiu.com as well as in selects Miu Miu stores worldwide and Dover Street Market LA.
